Gambia School – fully operational

HAPC Gambia Chairman, Mattar Jallow, was delighted to report the appointment of 2 teaching staff as the school became fully operational.
Of course, Mattar explained, while we have 30 children already with us who would otherwise be at home, we already have another 30 on the waiting list. Such has been the popularity of the school with all the parents in our little village.
Mattar went on to say that at the moment the school has very basic facilities but is going to use the funds sent to him from HAPC UK to pick up some bargain furniture and other necessities. But, the school is operational and he, the children and the teaching staff are so very happy.
The HAPC Gambia School requires much funding and we appeal to our supporters to consider donating generously towards this project.
