It’s with great pleasure that we announce, the Rt. Hon Sir Vince Cable, along with his wife Rachel, will be attending our New Year’s Eve fundraising event as our Guest of Honour.

Sir Vince, HAPC’s Patron, who served in Prime Minister David Cameron’s cabinet, received news of his knighthood earlier this year, which he will soon be receiving at Buckingham Palace.
